It was 2005 a cople brothers Carlos and Hector Lopez originaly from Jalisco Mexico opened a little restaurant on the heart of the Latino community of Minneapolis Minnesota, they named Taco Taxi inspired on the Mexican fast food.

Taco Taxi restaurants feature authentic and traditional Mexican dishes all of them have come from family recipes Transmitted thru generations.
